Tanggung Jawab
- Execute timely package pickups from designated collection points and customer locations
- Plan optimal delivery routes using GPS and local traffic knowledge
- Safely transport packages via motorcycle while maintaining condition and security
- Obtain customer signatures and delivery confirmations for all shipments
- Report delivery discrepancies, delays, or customer issues to supervisors
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform routine motorcycle safety checks and maintenance reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with at least 1 year of riding experience
- Familiarity with East Jakarta geography and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift packages up to 20kg and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management skills with punctuality as a priority
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- High level of responsibility and accountability for deliveries
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
