Tanggung Jawab
- Drive passengers safely and efficiently within the designated service area of Jakarta Utara.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers have a comfortable and pleasant ride.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, Grab’s terms of service, and company policies.
- Check and maintain vehicle documents, insurance, and vehicle health regularly.
- Handle payments and provide accurate receipts as required by the platform.
- Respond promptly to passenger requests and maintain professional communication.
- Report any vehicle mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately to management.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A or SIM B1).
- Must have a clean criminal record and be of good moral character.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Good physical and mental health; able to work long hours if required.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage for interacting with diverse passengers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must have a valid National ID Card (KTP) and BPJS Kesehatan (if applicable).
- Previous experience as a private driver or in the transportation industry is a plus.
