FerroTec is looking for a professional and reliable Driver to join our operations team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our logistics and guest services by ensuring the safe and punctual transportation of company personnel and guests. We are seeking an experienced driver with a strong commitment to road safety and excellent customer service standards.
Our ideal candidate is familiar with the logistics of cross-border travel between Malaysia and Singapore. You will be responsible for maintaining our fleet in excellent condition while representing our company with professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles and guest transport vans on local and cross-border (MY-SG) routes.
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while adhering to strict schedules and routes.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with luggage and providing directions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and travel logs.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
Kualifikasi
- A valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of driving experience, specifically with guest transport or company logistics.
- Proven track record of safe driving with no major traffic violations or accidents.
- Extensive knowledge of MY-SG border crossing procedures and efficient route planning.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work flexible hours.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
