Kawan Lama is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Driver Management & Pod Staff to join our dynamic team in Denpasar, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our service operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our technical teams and fleet operations. You will be responsible for documenting service analytics, managing driver schedules, and overseeing pod-level administrative workflows to maintain our high service standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage daily driver schedules to ensure optimal route efficiency and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of technical repair analysis and service reports provided by field technicians.
- Monitor and manage 'Pod' staff performance to ensure alignment with company operational protocols.
- Perform data entry and manage administrative documentation related to service maintenance logs.
- Facilitate communication between the service center and fleet operations to resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management regarding fleet status and service completion rates.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures across all supervised departments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, fleet coordination, or office management (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical reports and service data.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
