In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods, ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and on schedule. As a Mandarin-speaking driver, you will often act as a representative of our company. Therefore, excellent communication skills, particularly in Mandarin, are essential for interacting with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to various destinations in Penang and surrounding industrial areas.
- Load and unload cargo carefully, ensuring items are secure and protected during transit.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to check tire pressure, fluid levels, and overall mechanical condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Keep accurate delivery logs and record mileage for all trips.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks when required.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian Driving License (KD) or equivalent professional driving license.
- Fluent in Mandarin (essential requirement for this role).
- Good command of English and/or Malay to facilitate daily communication.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations or criminal convictions.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry moderate loads during loading duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.
