Aims Agri Ventures Inc is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Driver Mechanic to join our growing team in Pili, Camarines Sur. In this role, you will play a critical part in our logistics and operations by ensuring that our fleet and agricultural equipment are always in peak operating condition.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who balances driving responsibilities with technical expertise. You will be responsible for the proactive maintenance, diagnostic testing, and timely repair of our vehicles and specialized machinery, ensuring that all safety standards are met and downtime is minimized. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on company vehicles and heavy machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to identify root causes of equipment failure.
- Execute complex repairs and part replacements to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting all findings accurately.
- Safely operate company vehicles for the transport of goods and equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop and service area.
- Keep updated logs of maintenance schedules, repairs performed, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with all local traffic laws and workplace safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or heavy equipment technician.
- Valid Driver's License with appropriate restriction codes for the assigned vehicle types.
- Strong knowledge of engine diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Demonstrated history of safety-conscious behavior and reliable work performance.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a demanding, fast-paced agricultural/logistics environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and document repair reports clearly.
