In this role, you will play a critical part in our agricultural operations by ensuring our transport fleet and heavy equipment remain in peak operational condition.
As our Driver Mechanic, you will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance of our vehicles, performing routine inspections, diagnosing complex mechanical failures, and executing necessary repairs to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks on company vehicles and agricultural equipment.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics on engine, transmission, braking, and electrical systems to identify malfunctions.
- Repair and replace defective parts and components to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and daily inspection reports.
- Operate heavy vehicles or agricultural machinery safely to transport goods or equipment as required.
- Respond promptly to roadside service calls and perform emergency repairs when necessary.
- Ensure that all equipment complies with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Vocational School certification in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a mechanic with a deep understanding of internal combustion engines and heavy-duty vehicle repair.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with the appropriate restrictions (RC 1, 2, 3).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of engine diagnostic tools and mechanical repair procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required by agricultural operations.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational protocols.
- Familiarity with agricultural machinery maintenance is a distinct advantage.
