Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles (vans, pick-ups, or utility trucks) for the transport of staff, materials, and official documents across project sites and offices in Manila City and Metro Manila.
- Ensure the timely and secure delivery of packages, correspondence, and supplies to clients, vendors, and government agencies.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any mechanical issues immediately to the fleet supervisor.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring items are properly secured and accounted for.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery schedules using company forms or digital tracking systems.
- Navigate the busy streets of Metro Manila efficiently, utilizing knowledge of traffic patterns to optimize delivery routes and minimize delays.
- Represent the company professionally at all times, upholding Triton's values of safety, punctuality, and customer service.
- Provide general administrative support in the office when not on the road, including filing, sorting mail, or running local errands as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code 1, 2, or 3) with a clean traffic record and no history of major violations.
- At least 2-3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics, construction, or a related service industry in Metro Manila.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational courses in driving or automotive mechanics are an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Metro Manila road networks, traffic laws, and alternate routes.
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading duties and capable of lifting up to 25 kg.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer service-oriented demeanor.
- Trustworthy, honest, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of security awareness for handling valuable items.
