Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze driver performance data to identify safety improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement comprehensive driver safety training programs
- Investigate traffic incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with all transportation safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize routes for maximum safety and efficiency
- Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Prepare safety reports and presentations for management review
- Stay updated on industry safety standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics or transportation safety
- Strong knowledge of local and international transportation regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for training and reporting purposes
- Proficiency in safety management software and data analysis tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Certification in transportation safety or logistics management is a plus
