In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for managing van-selling operations, ensuring our high-quality food products reach our customers efficiently, and building strong relationships with outlet owners.
You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence by executing effective sales strategies, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely deliveries. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily van-selling routes to assigned outlets in Tacloban City and surrounding areas.
- Promote and sell Virginia Food, Inc. products to existing and potential customers.
- Ensure the van is loaded according to inventory requirements and maintain stock integrity.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the transport unit is kept clean and roadworthy.
- Process sales transactions, manage cash collections, and remit payments accurately.
- Develop and nurture relationships with store owners and managers to maximize product placement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to the sales team.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and inventory reconciliation documents.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with relevant restriction codes (1, 2, 3).
- Proven experience in van-selling, distribution, or field sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong numerical skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
- High school diploma or vocational training certification; college level is an advantage.
- Physical capability to handle loading and unloading of inventory products.
- Knowledge of Tacloban City road networks and local business geography.
