As our Driver Talent Management lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for driver positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality drivers via online platforms, social media, and community outreach.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and screening processes to ensure adherence to company safety and legal standards.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are fully integrated and trained on company procedures.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates to meet fluctuating operational demands.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to understand staffing needs and long-term fleet requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in recruitment, ideally within logistics, transportation, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations related to transportation personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with blue-collar talent.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to be based in Kabupaten Bogor and travel as needed for sourcing activities.
