Are you passionate about road safety and education? TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Driving/Classroom Instructor to join our team in Ozamiz City. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping responsible drivers by providing comprehensive theoretical and practical driving instruction to our enrolled students.
We are looking for an individual who is not only a safe and skilled driver but also an effective educator. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting engaging classroom sessions to teach traffic regulations and safe driving techniques, followed by behind-the-wheel training. You will mentor students through the learning process, ensuring they are confident and ready for their licensure exams.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct interactive classroom lectures on traffic rules, regulations, and driving theory.
- Provide one-on-one practical driving instruction to students in a safe and controlled environment.
- Mentor students, offering constructive feedback to improve their driving skills and confidence.
- Prepare students for their LTO (Land Transportation Office) written and practical examinations.
- Maintain a clean and organized driving vehicle and classroom materials.
- Document student progress and attendance regularly.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and encourage defensive driving habits.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Professional Driver's License (PDL) with no serious traffic violations.
- Strong understanding of Philippine traffic laws and road signage.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and the ability to teach individuals with varying skill levels.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand and drive for extended periods.
- Previous experience in teaching or training is an advantage.
