Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive theoretical classroom sessions on traffic regulations, road signs, and vehicle mechanics.
- Provide practical driving instruction covering defensive driving techniques and safe maneuvering.
- Mentor students on vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections.
- Evaluate student progress and prepare them for their licensing examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and road test results.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Ensure all teaching materials and training vehicles are well-maintained and compliant.
Kualifikasi
- Clean Professional Driver's License (CDL) with no major traffic violations.
- Previous experience in teaching or driving instruction is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Patience, discipline, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of local and national traffic laws.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods during lessons.
