As a Driving Instructor at our centre, you will be responsible for delivering structured curriculum that covers essential traffic rules, road signs, and vehicle handling techniques. You will conduct practical lessons in our well-maintained fleet, ensuring that students not only learn to drive but understand the importance of defensive driving and safety awareness. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive theoretical classes covering traffic rules, road signs, and vehicle mechanics.
- Provide hands-on practical driving lessons for both manual transmission cars and motorcycles.
- Mentor students through mock driving tests and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
- Ensure all students strictly adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols during lessons.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper roadworthiness of the training vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with parents and students to discuss progress and learning goals.
- Stay updated with the latest driving regulations and teaching methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 (Car), Class 2 (Motorcycle), or Class 1 (Heavy Vehicle) driving license.
- Clean driving record with no recent demerit points.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with nervous students.
- Minimum O Level education or equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
