Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional practical driving lessons for students in accordance with the established curriculum.
- Guide students through the Basic Theory Test (BTT) and Final Theory Test (FTT) requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to improve driving skills.
- Ensure the safety of the student and the public during all on-road and circuit training sessions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance checks of the assigned training vehicle.
- Manage administrative duties including student attendance, progress reports, and lesson scheduling.
- Stay updated on the latest traffic rules and regulations set by the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license for a minimum of 3 years.
- A clean driving record with no major traffic offenses or high demerit points.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Patient, disciplined, and passionate about teaching and road safety.
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification; higher education is a plus.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit with good eyesight and color vision.
