Sanyeong Agricultural Solutions is looking for a skilled Drone Technician / Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Raub, Pahang. As we continue to revolutionize precision farming, we need a hands-on professional to ensure our fleet of agricultural drones remains at peak performance.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, managing end-to-end repairs, performing routine preventative maintenance, and supervising our technical staff to uphold the highest safety standards. You will not only be fixing hardware but also optimizing maintenance workflows to minimize downtime during critical harvest seasons. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular diagnostic testing, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs on agricultural drone fleets.
- Supervise and mentor the junior technical team to ensure quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drone maintenance to improve workshop efficiency.
- Conduct field tests and calibration to ensure drones meet flight safety and performance standards.
- Maintain detailed service logs and inventory records for spare parts and equipment.
- Provide professional technical support and training to clients regarding drone operation and safety.
- Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and connectivity issues in both field and lab environments.
- Maintain high levels of workplace safety and compliance with local aviation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in drone maintenance, electronic repairs, or robotics field service.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electronic circuits and mechanical flight systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and using diagnostic testing equipment.
- A valid Drone Pilot License or relevant certification is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and travel to agricultural sites within the Pahang region when required.
