Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily stock levels at distribution centers to ensure optimal inventory availability.
- Collaborate with the production and sales planning teams to align distribution requirements with actual demand.
- Analyze sales trends and forecast future inventory needs to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Generate comprehensive DRP reports and present insights to management on supply chain performance.
- Coordinate with internal logistics partners and third-party transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain high accuracy of data within the ERP system regarding warehouse stock and movement.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and address stock-related issues promptly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory planning (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of DRP processes, inventory management, and supply chain fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Good command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
