Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional outbound calls to customers regarding upcoming, current, or overdue payments.
- Negotiate realistic repayment plans while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date account records in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex account issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Work closely with the collection team to meet or exceed monthly recovery targets.
- Provide clear and concise financial information to customers to facilitate payment process.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring timely account settlements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or telemarketing roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation skills.
- High level of integrity, patience, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment.
