Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and service requests to minimize downtime and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to perform effective repairs and replacements.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks and major repairs.
- Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity) and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and work orders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in property management, building maintenance, or facility engineering.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including fire safety protocols, HVAC operations, and basic electrical wiring.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Physically fit and willing to perform on-site duties, including working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage but not required.
