Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and engineering emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience.
- Monitor and control building utilities such as water, electricity, and gas consumption to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct daily inspections of the property to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance issues before they escalate.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of hotel fixtures, furniture, and equipment (FF&E).
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE) at all times.
- Collaborate with other department heads to support operational needs and prepare the property for special events or inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry basics.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid certifications in electrical or plumbing (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks and work at various heights if necessary.
