Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize energy management systems to maximize efficiency and sustainability
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and coordinate rapid resolution of technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate cross-departmental maintenance requests and service deliveries
- Train and supervise junior engineering staff on operational procedures
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel engineering or similar luxury facility
- Strong knowledge of energy management systems (EMS) and HVAC controls
- Certification in engineering maintenance or energy management preferred
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Valid refrigeration and electrical handling certifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
