Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine installation, calibration, and preventative maintenance on a variety of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnose faults, and troubleshoot issues with tools, appliances, and critical operational equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Implement corrective and reactive maintenance procedures, recommending necessary repairs or replacements to prevent system failures and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance logs, ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and operational disruptions, providing immediate technical support to resolve issues and restore services safely and quickly.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and project implementations.
- Ensure all work adheres to strict health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management, plant operations, or maintenance engineering.
- Proven ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of industrial equipment and building services.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, and control systems.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and calibration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and within a team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required for duty coverage.
