Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operation and preventive maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility issues to ensure minimal guest disruption.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, and ventilation units to ensure optimal climate control.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations, including distribution panels, lighting systems, and emergency power systems.
- Supervise third-party contractors and ensure all work meets hotel safety and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed logs of technical repairs, energy consumption, and equipment status.
- Respond to emergency situations and fire safety protocols as the primary technical point of contact during your shift.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma degree (D3) in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a hotel, hospitality, or building management environment.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in computer-based facility management systems (CMMS).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
