We're seeking a skilled professional to ensure seamless 24/7 facility management across our Central Region properties. In this critical role, you'll maintain the highest standards of guest comfort by proactively addressing maintenance needs, coordinating emergency responses, and optimizing building systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly to all maintenance requests and emergencies across hotel facilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and installations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and energy efficiency standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams during guest room turnovers
- Assist in training junior engineering staff on technical procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hotel engineering experience in luxury properties
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Certification in fire safety systems or HVAC operations preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
- Valid Singapore work permit (if applicable)
