- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments
- Train, evaluate, and coach staff to maintain high service standards
- Act as first point of contact for guest inquiries and escalated issues
- Monitor staff performance and implement corrective actions when needed
- Ensure compliance with Marriott's quality standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS, POS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local tourism industry trends
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
