YUNS & HOT CRUSH SDN. BHD is a fast‑growing bakery chain in Malaysia, known for delivering fresh, high‑quality products and an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our Kuala Lumpur team and drive the success of our flagship store.
As Duty Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the bakery, responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day activities, maintaining product excellence, and ensuring a seamless service flow. You will coordinate staff schedules, manage inventory levels, enforce food safety standards, and implement performance targets that align with our brand promise. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily bakery store operations to ensure smooth service and consistent product quality.
- Coordinate team schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated staff.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock management to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Enforce food safety, health, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance overall experience.
- Report on store performance, sales metrics, and operational KPIs to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within food service or retail.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of bakery operations, food safety standards, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
