Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth workflow during all shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage staff rosters, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for procurement.
- Conduct regular shift briefings and operational meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Duty Manager or similar supervisory role.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident status is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
- Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Relevant hospitality certifications are an advantage.
