As the Duty Manager, you will serve as the primary leader on the floor, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction are met during your shift. You will be the face of the hotel, handling complex guest inquiries, managing emergency situations, and inspiring our service team to deliver the 'Courtyard' promise. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee front-office and back-of-house operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth service flow.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, resolving complaints or issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate front-line staff to maintain established brand standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular floor walks to ensure property maintenance and safety standards are upheld.
- Manage emergency procedures and incident reporting with precision and composure.
- Assist in the handover process between shifts, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A guest-centric mindset with a deep understanding of luxury service expectations.
- Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
