- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently and maintain service standards
- Manage front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Monitor security procedures and implement emergency response protocols
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key issues to senior management
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years hotel operations experience with leadership exposure
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of local tourism industry and guest preferences
