- Oversee daily operational activities including staff scheduling, shift handovers, and workflow coordination
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with exceptional service standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols across all departments
- Conduct staff briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels, operational costs, and resource allocation
- Prepare daily shift reports and management summaries
- Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders for seamless service delivery
- Implement and maintain company policies and brand standards
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of progressive experience in hospitality management or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of team leadership and staff development
- Strong problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and POS systems
- Valid Food Hygiene certification and basic first aid training preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Relevant degree/diploma in Hospitality or Business Management preferred
