Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the smooth daily functioning of the hotel, ensuring high standards of guest service and welfare.
- Manage the Front Desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and motivate the Front Office and Bell Service team to deliver outstanding performance.
- Act as the key point of contact for VIP guests and resolve any complex guest inquiries or complaints immediately.
- Ensure strict adherence to hotel policies, security protocols, and safety standards at all times.
- Coordinate closely with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor operational costs, handle cash handling, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Duty Manager or similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written) and local language skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and computer operations.
- High level of professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Valid work permit and eligibility to work in Indonesia.
