In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless, welcoming, and reflective of our commitment to high service standards.

As a Duty Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during your shift, overseeing front-of-house operations, resolving challenges in real-time, and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards across the property. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to lead by example. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a desire to grow your career within the hospitality sector, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth property functioning and high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house and operational team members during shifts.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security protocols across the facility.
  • Coordinate with different departments to manage service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate key performance updates to management.
  • Monitor front-desk activities including check-ins, check-outs, and administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service leadership role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Professional demeanor with a guest-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office tools.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
