Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure adherence to brand standards
- Manage front desk staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching/training
- Prepare daily operational reports and manage administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality management experience
- Proven leadership skills in high-volume service environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid First Aid and Fire Safety certifications preferred
