Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Manage front desk staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with exceptional service
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
  • Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching/training
  • Prepare daily operational reports and manage administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality management experience
  • Proven leadership skills in high-volume service environments
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Valid First Aid and Fire Safety certifications preferred
