Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Manage and motivate front desk, housekeeping, and other operational staff
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain quality standards across all services and facilities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Prepare daily reports and submit to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Fluency in English and local language(s)
