Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless functionality and guest satisfaction
  • Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns during shifts
  • Coordinate cross-departmental workflows to maintain operational efficiency
  • Implement and enforce service standards and health safety protocols
  • Manage staff scheduling and performance optimization
  • Handle emergency situations with calm professionalism and decisive action
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance coordination

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel management or Duty Manager experience
  • Proven leadership skills with staff supervision experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS, POS)
  • Knowledge of Bali tourism industry and local regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Relevant hospitality certification preferred
