Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless functionality and guest satisfaction
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns during shifts
- Coordinate cross-departmental workflows to maintain operational efficiency
- Implement and enforce service standards and health safety protocols
- Manage staff scheduling and performance optimization
- Handle emergency situations with calm professionalism and decisive action
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance coordination
- Prepare shift reports and operational performance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hotel management or Duty Manager experience
- Proven leadership skills with staff supervision experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS, POS)
- Knowledge of Bali tourism industry and local regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Relevant hospitality certification preferred
