Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all departments function efficiently
- Act as primary contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, implementing prompt solutions
- Manage and motivate front office team, including task delegation, performance feedback, and training
- Monitor service quality, safety protocols, and facility maintenance across all hotel areas
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless guest experiences
- Handle emergency situations with composure, implementing crisis management procedures
- Prepare shift reports and communicate critical information to management team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years hospitality experience with 1+ years in supervisory/managerial role
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional customer service orientation
- Knowledge of hotel operations, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages advantageous
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
