Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and logistics for large-scale events in Central Region
- Manage and mentor event staff, ensuring optimal performance and service standards
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to align on event requirements
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation for cost-effective operations
- Resolve guest concerns and deliver exceptional service recovery
- Prepare comprehensive post-event reports with improvement recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality/event management roles
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Singapore's event safety regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in event management software and scheduling tools
- Diploma/Certification in Hospitality or Event Management preferred
