Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day outlet operations to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and lead the floor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety protocols.
- Generate daily sales and performance reports for management review.
- Assist in staff scheduling and training to maintain operational readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Must be trilingual: Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin to engage with our diverse customer base.
- Preferred age range: 20-28 years old.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
