Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, rostering, and shift handovers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings.
- Act as the key contact during peak hours and emergencies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Duty Manager or Floor Manager role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Hospitality management certification or diploma is a plus.
- High level of customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
