Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring efficient check-in, check-out, and lobby management.
- Supervise and mentor front desk staff, conducting daily briefings and performance evaluations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring personalized service.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or emergencies promptly, adhering to service recovery protocols.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Manage cash handling, security procedures, and inventory control within the Front Office area.
- Ensure full compliance with all hotel policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Proven ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on service recovery and guest satisfaction.
- Relevant hospitality qualification or diploma is preferred.
