- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and service standards
- Manage staff performance, including scheduling, training, and disciplinary actions
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for operational efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and safety protocols
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to established procedures
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate operational records
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality management experience in similar roles
- Proven leadership skills with staff management and team development experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, safety regulations, and customer service standards
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in hospitality management software and basic office applications
- Valid hospitality certification or relevant degree preferred
