Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas and equipment
- Manage cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of café supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety regulations and café operational policies
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
