- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages using proper techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and cost control measures
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell menu items, promotions, and premium products
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and wine fundamentals
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
