This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in Bali's vibrant hospitality industry while providing exceptional service to our international clientele. As the face of our transportation services, you'll ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures while maintaining the highest safety standards. Your responsibilities will include professional luggage handling, timely transportation between key locations, and creating positive first impressions through your warm hospitality. This position requires a dedicated professional who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering memorable guest experiences in one of Indonesia's premier tourist destinations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport guests and luggage between airport, resort, and local destinations
- Provide professional luggage handling services with attention to guest belongings
- Maintain vehicles in pristine condition through regular cleaning and inspections
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Assist guests with arrival/departure logistics and resort information
- Coordinate with concierge team for efficient guest transfers
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A license with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Proven record in hospitality or guest service roles
- Excellent knowledge of Badung/Bali routes and traffic patterns
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Physically capable of lifting luggage up to 25kg
- Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Clean driving record with no major violations
