Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile transactions accurately using POS systems
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service during all payment interactions
- Maintain organized transaction records and financial documentation
- Assist with inventory management of point-of-sale supplies
- Resolve billing inquiries and payment-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with F&B and membership teams to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in cashier or POS operations
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (experience with Club Systems preferred)
- Basic understanding of financial reconciliation processes
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
