Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Decorate pastries with artistic flair, ensuring high-quality presentation and plating.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Culinary Arts or Pastry Making.
- Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or bakery setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
