Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve healthy food/beverages according to Nui's recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols in all operational areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for efficient workflow
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Uphold Nui's brand values and sustainability practices
- Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized outlet environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Food handling/safety certification is advantageous
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
