This pivotal role requires you to oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all facility systems, equipment, and utilities across our premium properties in Badung. You'll ensure seamless operations by implementing proactive maintenance schedules, conducting thorough inspections, and swiftly addressing technical issues to uphold our commitment to guest satisfaction. The position demands strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail to preserve property value and functionality. As part of our Bali-based operations, you'll contribute to creating exceptional experiences in one of Indonesia's premier destinations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of villa facilities, mechanical systems, and utility networks
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and water treatment systems
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate specialized repairs for complex equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of spare parts and tools
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across properties
- Collaborate with property management to address operational needs promptly
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in hospitality or property management
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing villa infrastructure systems
- Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing (advantageous)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
