Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of building structures, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units to identify potential maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Execute planned and preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of hotel assets and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests from various departments to minimize operational downtime and guest inconvenience.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to manage construction projects, renovations, and facility upgrades efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts using the property management system.
- Ensure all engineering work adheres to local building codes and hotel standard operating procedures.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency measures to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in engineering maintenance, facility management, or hospitality engineering (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including fire safety, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid professional engineering certification (SIP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and maintenance management systems.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
