Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently pick up and deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain food quality during transportation by following proper handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Ensure proper payment collection and transaction documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while on delivery
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or food runner preferred
- Valid motorcycle license is required
- Strong knowledge of Denpasar Selatan area and surrounding regions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical fitness to handle multiple deliveries and navigate traffic
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capabilities
- Basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
